ART KITS FOR KIDS
Every child deserves access to creative opportunities and art education regardless of the financial circumstances of their families. Time spent creating art has a tremendous impact on child development. Unfortunately, we recognize that many children in our community do not have the resources necessary to enjoy art at home. The Art Kits for Kids program helps change that by providing a variety of age-appropriate supplies like crayons, colored pencils, markers, modeling clay, coloring pages, construction paper, scissors, pencils, pencil sharpeners, glue, pens, notepads, and more to kids in need all across East Tennessee.
Now more than ever, it’s important that we invest in and inspire the next generation of artists.

Dogwood Arts is excited to announce a charitable contribution of art and educational supplies from Newell Brands in support of the Art Kits for Kids program. The company’s donation includes thousands of markers, pens, pencils, and crayons from its well-known Writing brands - Sharpie®, Paper Mate®, and Mr. Sketch®.
