Dogwood Regional Exhibition (Opening Reception)

The Dogwood Arts Regional Exhibition showcases fine art of all kinds from emerging and established artists throughout our region. The juried exhibition takes place annually at the Emporium Center and Dogwood Arts Gallery in Downtown Knoxville. We are thrilled that Chris McAdoo, local artist, strategist, and creative professional is the juror for the 2024 event. Over $2,000 will be awarded to participating artists at the exhibition reception on Friday, August 3rd.

Schedule:

• Opening/public reception: First Friday, August 2nd 5:00-9:00 PM
• Exhibition dates: August 2-30, 2024
• Gallery hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

55 works of art by 49 artists from 6 states will be included in the exhibition. *Artists with an asterisk will exhibit their work in the Dogwood Gallery // This space is an extension of the exhibition at the Emporium Center that will include large-scale installations by 5 artists. All of the artwork in the exhibition was completed in the last two years by artists that permanently live within 500 miles of Downtown Knoxville.
